  1. Provide expert psychological care to pediatric patients at BJC HealthCare.
  2. Develop and implement treatment plans for children with various psychological needs.
  3. Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate care for patients.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for pediatric patients.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  6. Educate and support families of pediatric patients, including providing resources and referrals as needed.
  7. Stay current on best practices and research in the field of pediatric psychology.
  8. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
  9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree In Clinical Psychology With A Focus On Pediatric Psychology.

  • State Licensure As A Psychologist And Certification In Pediatric Psychology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Children And Adolescents In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Interventions For Pediatric Mental Health Disorders.

  • Experience Collaborating With A Multidisciplinary Team And Providing Culturally Competent Care.
