  1. Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of pediatric patients with neurological and developmental disorders.
  2. Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to accurately diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients.
  3. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  4. Educate and support patients and their families by explaining evaluation results and treatment options in a clear and compassionate manner.
  5. Document evaluation findings and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in pediatric neuropsychology to continuously improve patient care.
  7. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the field of neuropsychology.
  8. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor with patients and their families at all times.
  9. Communicate effectively with colleagues and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  10. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and collaborate on treatment plans.
  11. Provide consultation and support to other healthcare professionals regarding the neuropsychological needs of pediatric patients.
  12. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  13. Contribute to the overall mission and goals of BJC HealthCare by providing exceptional care and support to patients and their families.
  14. Actively participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of pediatric neuropsychology.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree In Clinical Psychology Or Neuropsychology From An Accredited University.

  • Completion Of A Postdoctoral Fellowship In Pediatric Neuropsychology.

  • Licensure As A Psychologist In The State Of Missouri.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Conducting Neuropsychological Assessments With Pediatric Patients.

  • Knowledge And Experience With A Variety Of Neuropsychological Tests And Assessment Measures Specific To Pediatric Populations.
