  2. Scheduling appointments and managing patient schedules accurately and efficiently.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Keeping patient records and information confidential and secure.
  5. Checking patients in and out for appointments and verifying insurance information.
  6. Coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of patient care.
