1. Monitor patient's condition: Observe and monitor patients in their rooms to ensure their safety and well-being.
2. Provide companionship: Engage with patients and provide company during their stay to promote a positive and comforting environment.
3. Communicate effectively: Communicate with patients, their families, and healthcare team members to provide updates on the patient's condition and any changes that may occur.
4. Remain calm in high-stress situations: Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and composed during emergency situations or when patients are experiencing distress.
5. Follow protocols and procedures: Adhere to all hospital protocols and procedures for patient observation, reporting, and documentation.
