  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of women's health and provide accurate diagnosis based on findings.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications and ordering necessary tests.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, test results, and treatment plans.
  5. Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current advancements and best practices in women's healthcare.
  7. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the delivery of patient care.
  8. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  9. Monitor and track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
  11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.
  12. Adhere to all BJC HealthCare policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare facility.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Women's Health Or A Related Field.

  • Current Certification As A Women's Health Nurse Practitioner From A Recognized National Certification Board.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Women's Health Setting.

  • Current And Unrestricted State License To Practice As A Nurse Practitioner.

  • Strong Clinical Skills, Including The Ability To Perform Physical Exams, Order And Interpret Diagnostic Tests, And Develop Treatment Plans For Women's Health Conditions.
