MSW Social Worker

BJC HealthCare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MSW Social Worker to provide a range of services to patients and families in our health care system. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with individuals to ensure they receive quality care and support throughout their healthcare experience. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.The MSW Social Worker must have a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university. Additionally, the position requires a minimum of two years of post-Masters experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a social work role. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive social work services to patients and families within the healthcare system
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients and families to ensure quality care and support
• Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Assess patient and family needs and develop plans to address those needs
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure patient and family needs are met
• Participate in research and program development activities
• Maintain accurate records and document patient progress
• Participate in case conferences and meetings as needed
• Provide consultation and education to other healthcare staff members and families
