- Operate the Mobile Health Van in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of healthcare equipment and supplies onto the van.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Mobile Health Van, ensuring it is always presentable for patients.
- Drive the Mobile Health Van to various locations within the community, following a predetermined schedule.
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the van, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist patients in filling out necessary forms and paperwork.
- Escort patients onto the van and assist them in getting comfortable for their appointments.
- Ensure that all necessary medical equipment and supplies are properly set up and ready for use.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Keep accurate records of patient visits, including details such as appointment times and services provided.
- Assist in promoting the Mobile Health Van and its services to the community.
- Maintain a valid CDL Class B license and adhere to all state and federal regulations for commercial drivers.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Valid Cdl Class B License: The Mobile Health Van Driver Must Possess A Valid Cdl Class B License To Operate The Vehicle And Transport Medical Equipment And Supplies To Different Locations.
Clean Driving Record: Bjc Healthcare Requires All Drivers To Have A Clean Driving Record, With No History Of Accidents Or Traffic Violations. This Ensures The Safety Of Both The Driver And The Patients Being Transported.
Experience In Healthcare Industry: Previous Experience In The Healthcare Industry, Such As Working As An Emt Or Providing Transportation Services For A Medical Facility, Is Preferred. This Will Help The Driver Understand The Unique Needs And Protocols Of Transporting Patients And Medical Equipment.
Excellent Communication Skills: As The Mobile Health Van Driver Will Be Interacting With Patients, Medical Staff, And Other Drivers On A Daily Basis, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Information, Directions, And Any Changes In Schedule Or Route.
