That's why we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator - Lead to join our team. As the Lead Merchandise Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing inventory, coordinating purchasing and distribution, and maintaining accurate records.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory for essential supplies, including ordering, receiving, and distribution.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and purchases.
  3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of supplies.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to assess supply needs and develop purchasing plans.
  5. Monitor and track product usage and analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Train and supervise merchandise coordinators to ensure proper inventory management procedures are followed.
  7. Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  9. Communicate with healthcare staff to understand their supply needs and address any issues or concerns.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in healthcare supply chain management.
  11. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
  12. Collaborate with finance department to manage budget and control costs.
  13. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new vendors and suppliers.
  14. Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or delays in a timely and efficient manner.
  15. Continuously assess and improve processes to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Retail Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Inventory Management Software.
