Responsibilities: -Perform clinical duties that include taking vital signs, assisting with exams and procedures, and drawing blood -Prepare patient rooms and assist with the transfer of patients -Maintain patient records and medical documentation -Schedule appointments and provide patient education -Administer medications and injections in accordance with physician orders -Perform laboratory procedures, including phlebotomy -Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries -Assist with patient referrals and medical billing -Comply with all safety and infection control protocols -Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare personnel -Maintain a clean and organized work environment
