Job Qualifications
  • State Licensure: All Applicants Must Hold A Valid State License As A Massage Therapist, Demonstrating Their Proficiency And Knowledge In The Field.

  • Myofascial Release Certification: Bjc Healthcare Requires Its Massage Therapists To Have A Specialized Certification In Myofascial Release Techniques, As This Is A Primary Modality Used In Our Treatments.

  • Minimum Education: Candidates Must Have Completed A Minimum Of 500 Hours Of Massage Therapy Education From An Accredited Program.

  • Experience: Bjc Healthcare Prefers Candidates With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting, Specifically In The Application Of Myofascial Release.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Massage Therapist At Bjc Healthcare, You Will Work Closely With Patients And Other Healthcare Professionals. Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role.
