  1. Oversee and supervise a team of medical assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  2. Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and medications, ordering and restocking as needed.
  3. Coordinate and assign tasks to medical assistants, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of duties.
  4. Train new medical assistants on office protocols, procedures, and EMR systems.
  5. Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and allergies.
  7. Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers to provide education and answer questions about their care.
  8. Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  9. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  10. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to patient care, office operations, or equipment.
  12. Serve as a liaison between medical staff, patients, and other departments within the organization.
  13. Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to medical assistants on their performance.
  14. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in medical technology and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience As A Medical Assistant In A Clinical Setting, With A Proven Track Record Of Leadership And Supervisory Skills.

  • Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program And Certification From A Recognized Organization (E.g. Aama Or Amt).

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Equipment, As Well As Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Medical Assistants.

  • Proven Ability To Multi-Task, Prioritize, And Problem-Solve In A Fast-Paced And High-Volume Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
