  1. Collect and process blood samples from patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of sample collection and processing.
  3. Follow established protocols and safety measures to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare team members, and laboratory staff.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all samples collected and processed.
  6. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to phlebotomy and laboratory procedures.
  7. Assist in the maintenance and inventory of laboratory equipment and supplies.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification As A Phlebotomy Technician (Cpt) Or Medical Laboratory Assistant (Cmla) From A Recognized Institution Or Agency.

  • Minimum Of One Year Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In Phlebotomy.

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory Safety Protocols And Procedures, As Well As Experience Handling And Processing Laboratory Specimens.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy, With The Ability To Follow Specific Protocols And Instructions.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Patients And Healthcare Staff.
