Intern - Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding, recruitment, and payroll processes
• Maintain employee files and records
• Collect and analyze data related to employee performance
• Assist with scheduling interviews and job fairs
• Create and manage employee surveys
• Research and recommend new HR initiatives
• Assist in administering and enforcing company policies
• Monitor and update employee benefits programs
• Track employee attendance and absence
• Respond to employee inquiries and complaints
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Maintain a working knowledge of applicable employment legislation
