  1. Welcome and greet new interns to BJC HealthCare with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide information and guidance to interns regarding the organization, its mission, and values.
  3. Assist in the recruitment and selection process of interns.
  4. Coordinate and schedule orientation and training sessions for new interns.
  5. Assign tasks and projects to interns based on their skills and interests.
  6. Monitor and evaluate intern performance and provide timely feedback.
  7. Ensure interns are following all organizational policies and procedures.
  8. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for interns.
  9. Facilitate communication and collaboration between interns and other staff members.
  10. Encourage interns to actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
  11. Plan and organize events and activities for interns to enhance their learning and development.
  12. Serve as a mentor and role model for interns, providing guidance and support.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to provide a well-rounded internship experience for interns.
  14. Maintain accurate records of intern progress and achievements.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the internship program.

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Interest In The Healthcare Industry And A Desire To Learn And Grow Within The Field.

  • Currently Enrolled In An Accredited Undergraduate Or Graduate Program In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Public Health.
