- Serve as the first point of contact for all guests entering our facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fulfilling requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all BJC HealthCare facilities, services, and policies to effectively assist guests.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth and efficient visit.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the guest relations desk and surrounding area.
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate important updates, announcements, and changes to guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement ways to improve the guest experience.
- Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Guest Relations Desk Representative At Bjc Healthcare Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Guests, Patients, And Staff Members.
