1. Oversee and execute daily maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of BJC HealthCare facilities.
2. Serve as a leader and mentor to a team of maintenance mechanics, providing guidance and support as needed.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
4. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
5. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, including repairs, replacements, and equipment maintenance.
