  1. Plan and execute fundraising events and initiatives to support BJC HealthCare's mission and goals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners to secure financial support.
  3. Create and implement strategies to increase donor engagement and retention.
  4. Collaborate with various departments within BJC HealthCare to ensure alignment and coordination of fundraising efforts.
  5. Use data analysis and research to identify potential fundraising opportunities and develop targeted fundraising plans.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for fundraising events and initiatives.
  7. Maintain accurate records and donor databases to track donations and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  8. Monitor and report on the progress and success of fundraising efforts.
  9. Represent BJC HealthCare at community events and initiate partnerships and collaborations to enhance the organization's fundraising efforts.
  10. Stay updated on current fundraising trends and best practices to continually improve and innovate fundraising strategies.
  11. Communicate effectively with donors, sponsors, and community partners to cultivate and maintain positive relationships.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create and distribute fundraising materials and campaigns.
  13. Provide support and guidance to volunteers and staff involved in fundraising events and initiatives.
  14. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to fundraising and donor relations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fundraising, Event Planning, Or Grant Writing For A Healthcare Organization Or Nonprofit.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry And Knowledge Of Fundraising Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Donors, Volunteers, And Community Partners.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Fundraising Strategies, Including Donor Cultivation, Stewardship, And Gift Solicitation.
