1. Create and design floral arrangements for various areas of BJC HealthCare facilities, including patient rooms, waiting areas, and administrative offices.
2. Use your knowledge and creativity to select the appropriate flowers, colors, and designs to enhance our spaces and create a positive atmosphere for patients and visitors.
3. Maintain and care for flowers and plants, ensuring they are fresh and visually appealing at all times.
4. Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute seasonal and holiday decorations.
5. Communicate with patients and visitors to understand their preferences and create personalized floral arrangements when requested.
6. Work closely with the facilities team to ensure the proper placement and maintenance of floral arrangements.
7. Monitor inventory and order flowers and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and diverse selection.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of floral designs at BJC HealthCare.
9. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards while handling flowers and plants.
10. Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff through the power of flowers.
