  1. Design and lead exercise programs for individuals of varying fitness levels.
  2. Educate clients on proper form and techniques to maximize results and prevent injury.
  3. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  4. Continuously assess and modify programs based on individual needs and goals.
  5. Provide personalized attention and support to each client.
  6. Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research to enhance program effectiveness.
  8. Maintain a clean and safe exercise environment.
  9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  10. Act as a positive role model for clients by promoting healthy habits and behaviors.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress and any necessary modifications.
  12. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
  13. Participate in team meetings and trainings.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
  15. Continuously promote the mission and values of BJC HealthCare.

Job Qualifications
  • Possess A Nationally Recognized Certification In Personal Training Or Group Fitness Instruction, Such As Acsm, Nasm, Or Ace.

  • Previous Experience Leading Exercise Classes Or Working As A Personal Trainer, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Exercise Science Principles To Ensure Safe And Effective Workouts For Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Clients And Colleagues In A Professional And Supportive Manner.

  • Ability To Create And Modify Exercise Programs To Meet The Individual Needs And Goals Of Clients, While Also Adhering To Bjc Healthcare's Standards And Protocols.
