
Executive Assistant-Community Health Improvement

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Community Health Improvement team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the Community Health Improvement team and other departments, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community health events and initiatives.
- Conduct research, gather data, and assist in the development of reports and presentations for the team.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval and organization.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, seeking guidance from leadership when needed.
- Participate in meetings and take minutes, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to relevant parties.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Support the team in managing budgets, expenses, and contracts related to community health initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Display a professional and welcoming demeanor in all interactions, representing BJC HealthCare in a positive manner at all times.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to community health improvement and share relevant information with the team.
- Embrace and uphold BJC HealthCare's mission, values, and culture in all aspects of the role.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Community Health Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Diverse Stakeholders.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
