  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of BJC HealthCare's business objectives and strategies, and align technology solutions accordingly.
  2. Design and implement a robust and scalable technology infrastructure that supports the organization's current and future needs.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide innovative solutions.
  4. Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and vendors, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the organization.
  6. Develop and maintain technology standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all systems and applications.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the technology infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  9. Oversee the implementation of security measures and protocols to protect the organization's data and systems.
  10. Collaborate with enterprise architects from other departments to ensure alignment and integration of technology solutions.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, presenting complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Adhere to all relevant policies, regulations, and standards, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the enterprise architecture function.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Enterprise-Wide It Solutions.

  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience As An Enterprise Architect, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Such As Hipaa And Hitech.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Effectively Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
