High School Diploma Or Equivalent: The First Qualification For A Patient Care Technician At Bjc Healthcare Is A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Ensures That Candidates Have A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge To Perform Their Job Duties Effectively.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Bjc Healthcare Requires All Patient Care Technicians To Have A Cna Certification. This Certification Demonstrates That Candidates Have Received Specialized Training And Have The Necessary Skills To Provide Direct Patient Care In A Healthcare Setting.
Bls/Cpr Certification: As A Patient Care Technician, It Is Important To Have The Skills And Knowledge To Respond Quickly In Emergency Situations. Bjc Healthcare Requires All Candidates To Have A Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Cpr) Certification.
