  3. Identify and utilize external resources, such as industry experts and online learning platforms, to enhance our internal education programs.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to ensure our programs are relevant and effective.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking educational resources and provide guidance and support as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate records of employee training and development, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback.
  7. Promote a culture of continuous learning by actively encouraging employees to participate in educational opportunities.
  8. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and organizations to leverage resources and partnerships.
  10. Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify and address any knowledge or skill gaps within the organization.
  11. Stay current on healthcare regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all educational programs are in line with industry standards.
  12. Communicate regularly with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and make necessary adjustments to education programs.
  13. Represent BJC HealthCare at conferences, workshops, and other educational events to stay informed on industry developments and share best practices.
  14. Uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values in all educational initiatives and interactions with employees.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of education.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background Is Essential For An Education Liaison At Bjc Healthcare. A Bachelor's Degree In Education, Counseling, Or A Related Field Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of Pedagogy And Educational Strategies.

  • Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Candidates For An Education Liaison Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting. This Could Include Experience As A Teacher Or Counselor In A Hospital Or Clinic, Or Experience Providing Education And Training To Healthcare Professionals.
