  1. Develop and implement effective talent strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze current talent management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop solutions to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  4. Lead the design and implementation of talent development programs, including leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
  5. Create and maintain a talent pipeline by identifying and developing high-potential employees.
  6. Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective recruitment process.
  7. Monitor and report on key talent metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management to continuously enhance the organization's approach.
  9. Manage and develop a team of talent management professionals.
  10. Cultivate a positive and collaborative culture within the talent management team and the broader organization.
  11. Communicate talent initiatives and updates to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to talent management.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to leaders and employees on talent management matters.
  14. Represent the organization at talent management conferences and events.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of talent management programs and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Strategy, Human Resources, Or Related Field

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Talent Management Programs And Initiatives

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Talent Acquisition, Development, And Retention

  • Experience In Healthcare Industry And Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements Preferred.
