- Oversee and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle for BJC HealthCare.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue growth and profitability.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage and lead a team of revenue cycle staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate with other departments and leadership to develop and implement revenue cycle initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to optimize revenue cycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to revenue cycle management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and financial metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to streamline revenue cycle processes.
- Manage the budget for the revenue cycle department and make strategic financial decisions to support organizational goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in revenue cycle management and implement relevant changes to improve performance.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including staff, leadership, and external partners, to ensure a smooth and efficient revenue cycle.
- Train and mentor revenue cycle staff on best practices and ensure continuous development and growth.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events related to revenue cycle management.
- Adhere to the organization's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of the role.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Revenue Cycle Processes, Including Billing, Collections, And Reimbursement.
Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Revenue Cycle Professionals.
Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance Guidelines.
