  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation and learning strategy for BJC HealthCare, in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of evaluation and learning professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare services.
  4. Conduct regular evaluations of programs, processes, and services to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  5. Analyze data and present findings to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing the quality of healthcare services.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in evaluation and learning, and incorporate them into BJC HealthCare's strategy.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance BJC HealthCare's evaluation and learning capabilities.
  8. Establish and monitor evaluation and learning budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  9. Develop and implement training programs for staff to increase their understanding of evaluation and learning methodologies and tools.
  10. Communicate evaluation and learning initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Or Data Analytics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Evaluation And/Or Organizational Learning In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quantitative And Qualitative Research Methods, Data Analysis, And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Evaluation Plans And Strategies, And Utilizing Findings To Inform Decision-Making And Program Improvement.
