  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work culture at BJC HealthCare.
  2. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address areas of improvement in employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  3. Lead the design and implementation of organizational development programs, including training, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.
  4. Utilize change management techniques to facilitate cultural transformation within the organization.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and culture-building to continuously improve BJC HealthCare's practices.
  6. Work closely with HR to develop and implement policies and procedures that support a positive work environment.
  7. Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gather feedback from employees and use the data to inform culture and development initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of culture and development initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
  9. Serve as a role model and champion for BJC HealthCare's values and culture, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and resources to enhance BJC HealthCare's culture and development efforts.
  11. Monitor and track the success of culture and development initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  12. Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers on how to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  13. Develop and manage budgets for culture and development initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  14. Communicate regularly with employees across all levels of the organization to promote transparency and engagement.
  15. Continuously strive to identify and implement new ways to improve BJC HealthCare's culture and organizational development efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Organizational Development, Change Management, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Culture And Organizational Development Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
