- Develop and implement strategies to create a positive and inclusive work culture within BJC HealthCare.
- Lead and manage all aspects of organizational development initiatives, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent management.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Create and implement programs and initiatives to promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of culture and organizational development initiatives.
- Serve as a champion for the organization's values and culture, and ensure they are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations and performance management issues.
- Lead change management efforts and effectively communicate changes to employees at all levels.
- Partner with HR to develop and deliver training programs to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to culture and organizational development and implement them as appropriate.
- Develop and manage budgets for culture and organizational development initiatives.
- Manage a team of culture and organizational development professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
- Represent BJC HealthCare at industry events and conferences to network and share best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of culture and organizational development.
Extensive Experience In Cultural And Organizational Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Culture And Organizational Development Initiatives In A Large Healthcare Organization.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Director, Culture & Organizational Development, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Lead And Engage Diverse Teams Across The Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: Bjc Healthcare Is A Leading Healthcare Provider, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry, Current Trends, And Best Practices Related To Culture And Organizational Development.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Director, Culture & Organizational Development Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Long-Term Strategies To Drive Cultural Transformation And Enhance Organizational Effectiveness. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities.
Advanced Degree In Relevant Field: A Master's Degree In Organizational Development, Human Resources, Or A Related Field Is Preferred For This Role. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Expertise And Knowledge In The Field Of Culture And Organizational Development.
