- Develop and implement a comprehensive culture and organizational development strategy that aligns with BJC HealthCare's mission and values.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for driving culture and organizational development initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and address areas for improvement in culture and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives that support employee learning, growth, and development.
- Monitor and analyze organizational culture metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a change agent by effectively communicating and promoting new initiatives and cultural shifts.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on culture and organizational development best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to culture and organizational development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by facilitating workshops and training sessions for employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in culture and organizational development initiatives.
- Regularly report on the progress and impact of culture and organizational development initiatives to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to culture and organizational development.
- Act as a role model for BJC HealthCare's values and promote a positive culture throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Focused On Culture And Organizational Development, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Culture And Organizational Development, As Well As Experience Implementing And Leading Change Initiatives.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Strategies To Enhance Employee Engagement, Retention, And Performance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Across All Levels Of The Organization.
