Job Description

As the Director of Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization maintains compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas of potential risk.
  3. Conduct regular audits and investigations to assess compliance with established policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders to promote a culture of ethical practices and integrity throughout the organization.
  5. Stay abreast of changes in healthcare regulations and legislation and advise leadership on potential impact to the organization.
  6. Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on their responsibilities and the importance of compliance.
  7. Respond to and address compliance concerns and allegations, conducting thorough investigations and taking appropriate actions.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for external compliance audits and inquiries.
  9. Lead and oversee a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and the Board of Directors on the organization's compliance status and any identified areas of improvement.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in healthcare compliance.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the organization's compliance program to ensure it meets industry standards and is effective in preventing and detecting non-compliance.
  13. Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Such As Hipaa, Stark Law, And Anti-Kickback Statute.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Compliance Professionals.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders Within The Organization.
