  10. Promote and model positive behavior and social skills for children.
  11. Follow and maintain all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  12. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and conferences as required.
  13. Participate in open communication and teamwork with coworkers and supervisors.
  14. Display a positive attitude and enthusiasm for teaching and caring for young children.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of BJC HealthCare in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Early Childhood Education Or A Related Field

  • Previous Experience Working In A Daycare Or Preschool Setting

  • Knowledge Of Child Development And Age-Appropriate Teaching Methods

  • Ability To Create And Implement Lesson Plans And Activities That Promote Learning And Development

  • Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Parents, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
