- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure efficient and effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer service processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the patient experience.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations and policies to ensure compliance in all customer service interactions.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Healthcare Setting.
