In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing content and multimedia strategies to engage and educate our patients and staff. We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling and a strong background in digital media and marketing.   1. Develop and implement content and multimedia strategies to engage and educate patients and staff.
  2. Create high-quality and engaging content for various platforms including social media, website, blogs, and email marketing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content needs and develop effective strategies to meet business goals.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure content and multimedia strategies are relevant and effective.
  5. Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
  6. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve strategies.
  7. Work with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
  8. Ensure all content and multimedia materials align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate content and multimedia strategies into overall marketing campaigns.
  10. Stay updated on emerging digital media and marketing trends and incorporate them into strategies.
  11. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for content creation and distribution.
  12. Provide guidance and support to team members on content and multimedia best practices.
  13. Assist in developing and managing the content and multimedia budget.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of BJC HealthCare's mission, values, and services to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize content and multimedia strategies to enhance patient and staff engagement and education.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Content Creation, Multimedia Production, And/Or Digital Marketing.

  • Strong Writing And Editing Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Informative Content For Various Platforms Including Social Media, Website, And Email Marketing.

  • Proficiency In Multimedia Production Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Video Editing Software, And Graphic Design Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Healthcare Terminology And Regulations.
