Community Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Provide customer service and support to patients and families
2. Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients
3. Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
4. Multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
5. Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of services and resources offered by BJC HealthCare
6. Assist with administrative duties as required
7. Provide transportation services for patients as needed
8. Participate in community outreach and education programs
9. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
10. Adhere to BJC HealthCare’s policies and procedures
