Community Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Specialist:

1. Develop and execute outreach plans to engage and educate members of the community about BJC HealthCare services.
2. Maintain records of all outreach activities and analyze data to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with other BJC HealthCare departments to ensure alignment in outreach strategies.
4. Develop relationships with community leaders, organizations, and influencers.
5. Identify and coordinate local events and initiatives to promote BJC HealthCare services.
6. Create and distribute promotional materials to targeted audiences.
7. Develop and deliver presentations to community groups.
8. Increase public awareness of BJC HealthCare services through media campaigns.
9. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve outreach efforts.
10. Monitor and evaluate community feedback to measure success and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
