  1. Oversee the implementation and evaluation of community health programs and initiatives.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to support the mission of BJC HealthCare.
  3. Provide guidance and support to community health staff, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to the community.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of community health programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments to integrate community health initiatives into other healthcare services.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for community health programs.
  7. Stay updated on current trends, best practices, and policies related to community health to ensure programs are evidence-based and compliant with regulations.
  8. Act as a liaison between BJC HealthCare and community organizations to promote partnerships and collaborations.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to engage and educate the community about available health services and resources.
  10. Represent BJC HealthCare at community events and meetings to promote awareness of our services and foster relationships with community members.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to community health programs.
  12. Participate in the hiring, training, and supervision of community health staff.
  13. Communicate regularly with leadership to provide updates on program progress and identify opportunities for expansion.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and personal and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Community Health Or Public Health Program Management.

  • Knowledge Of Community Health Needs Assessment And Program Evaluation Methodologies.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Community Partners And Stakeholders.

  • Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa And Osha, To Ensure The Safety And Confidentiality Of Patients And Staff.
