Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at BJC HealthCare. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clinical research activities and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about healthcare and research and is committed to providing excellent and innovative service.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and research processes. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in clinical research, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate clinical research activities, ensuring that all research is conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and standards • Develop research plans, protocols, and budgets, and track progress of clinical trials • Create and maintain accurate study documentation and records • Maintain contact with research teams to ensure effective communication and identification of research objectives • Monitor patient safety and data accuracy throughout the research process • Develop and oversee data collection processes and ensure data accuracy • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies • Audit research sites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Develop and maintain relationships with research teams, including sponsors, healthcare professionals, and research sites • Keep up to date with relevant industry and research trends • Foster a collaborative and innovative research environment
