Job Description

At BJC HealthCare, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team and help with the organization and implementation of research studies. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team of professionals dedicated to improving healthcare through research.The successful candidate will have a passion for patient care, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will also have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, medicine, or public health, and at least two years of experience in clinical research or a related field. Knowledge of federal regulations and guidelines plus experience working with clinical databases is also required.We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual who can bring a positive attitude and innovative ideas to our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and display the highest level of professional integrity and ethics. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain clinical research protocols and databases.
  2. Assist with the design and implementation of research studies.
  3. Monitor and evaluate research data for accuracy and completeness.
  4. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines for clinical research.
  5. Coordinate research activities with other departments and stakeholders.
  6. Provide oversight and direction to research staff.
  7. Maintain records of research activities and outcomes.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations on research findings.
  9. Participate in professional development and training activities.
  10. Foster relationships with external research partners.
