Clinical Nurse - Pediatric

The successful candidate will possess a compassionate and patient-focused approach to care, as well as a sound understanding of pediatric nursing principles and evidence-based practice.The Clinical Nurse - Pediatric will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and patient/family education. They will be expected to effectively document care, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for participating in quality improvement activities and developing and implementing patient care plans.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) • Current RN license in the state of Missouri • At least two years’ experience in pediatric nursing • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in electronic health record systems • Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills
