
Clinical Nurse - Integrated Spine Unit

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Clinical Nurse In An Integrated Spine Unit At Bjc Healthcare Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Will Provide A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Clinical Skills Necessary For The Role.
Current Rn Licensure: A Valid And Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License Is Essential For This Role. This License Should Be From The State In Which The Job Is Located And Must Be In Good Standing.
Experience In Orthopedic Or Spine Care: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Orthopedic Or Spine Care. This Experience Will Provide A Thorough Understanding Of The Specialized Needs Of Patients In An Integrated Spine Unit.
Advanced Certification: Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who Possess Advanced Certifications In Orthopedic Or Spine Nursing, Such As The Orthopedic Nurse Certified (Onc) Or Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Cmsrn) Certifications.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: A Clinical Nurse In An Integrated Spine Unit At Bjc Healthcare Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills.
