Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Clinical Nurse - Behavioral Assessment Response Team Role At Bjc Healthcare Requires A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice To Effectively Assess And Respond To Behavioral Health Issues.
Current Rn Licensure: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Missouri. This Demonstrates The Individual's Competency And Ability To Practice Nursing Within The State's Regulations And Guidelines.
Experience In Behavioral Health: Bjc Healthcare Seeks Candidates With At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Behavioral Health Setting. This Could Include Working In A Psychiatric Hospital, Mental Health Clinic, Or Substance Abuse Treatment Facility. This Experience Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Assess And Respond To Behavioral Health Concerns.
