At BJC HealthCare, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Dietitian to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of nutrition and the ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive nutrition care. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing patient nutritional needs, developing meal plans, and providing patient and family education.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in dietetics or a related field, as well as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Develop individualized nutrition care plans and meal plans for patients • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition care plans • Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families • Maintain records of patient assessments, care plans, and progress • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate nutrition care and ensure quality of care • Participate in research and development projects related to dietetics and nutrition • Keep up to date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics • Educate the public on nutrition and health topics in the community • Represent BJC HealthCare at health-related events and conferences
