Clinical Dietitian

BJC HealthCare is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will work with patients to provide quality nutrition care and counseling in a variety of settings. You will be responsible for assessing patients’ nutritional needs, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and educating patients and their families about nutrition and health. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and strengthen your clinical skills while helping BJC HealthCare fulfill its mission of providing world-class patient care.To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field, as well as Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Responsibilities:

1. Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop appropriate nutrition care plans.
2. Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families.
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition care plans as needed.
4. Collaborate with health care teams to ensure continuity of care.
5. Document patient care according to BJC HealthCare guidelines.
6. Adhere to professional standards and applicable state and federal regulations.
7. Remain up-to-date on nutrition research and best practices.
8. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
