This position plays a crucial role in supporting our healthcare professionals by providing technical expertise and training on our clinical applications.   1. Provide technical support and expertise for clinical applications across various departments within BJC HealthCare.
  2. Train and educate healthcare professionals on the proper use and functionality of clinical applications, ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues with clinical applications, and implement solutions to improve overall performance.
  4. Develop and maintain training materials and resources, including user manuals and instructional videos, to support ongoing education and training initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in clinical applications, and provide recommendations for updates or improvements to current systems.
  6. Serve as a liaison between healthcare professionals and technology teams to communicate and address any technical issues or concerns.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored support and training.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and best practices are being followed in the use of clinical applications.
  9. Participate in the testing and implementation of new clinical applications, and provide feedback and recommendations for enhancements or modifications.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of clinical applications, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field Such As Nursing, Healthcare Informatics, Or Medical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System.

  • Proficiency In Various Clinical Applications And Electronic Health Record Systems, Such As Epic Or Cerner.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Clinical Staff On The Use Of New Applications And Technologies.
