1. Assist the nursing team in providing compassionate and high-quality care to critically ill cardiothoracic patients.
2. Attend training and orientation sessions to gain knowledge and understanding of the specialized unit and its protocols.
3. Conduct routine patient assessments and report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
4. Assist with basic patient care tasks, such as bathing, toileting, and ambulation, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
