1. Monitor and assess cardiac patients’ vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing.
2. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to cardiac patients.
3. Educate patients and family members about cardiac physiology and their care plans.
4. Respond to cardiac emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
5. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
7. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
8. Follow all hospital policies and procedures.
9. Participate in continuing education opportunities to keep current on best practices and new technologies.
