We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical RN to join our team in the Cardiac Rapid Evaluation Unit. This unit is dedicated to providing rapid and comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients experiencing cardiac symptoms, allowing for timely and effective care. As a Clinical RN in this unit, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care to our patients.   1. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and evaluate patients presenting with cardiac symptoms.
  2. Provide rapid and comprehensive patient care, ensuring timely treatment and interventions.
  3. Utilize critical thinking skills to accurately assess, diagnose, and plan appropriate care for patients.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and provide continuity of care.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current best practices and evidence-based guidelines for cardiac care.
  9. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.
  10. Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
  11. Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  12. Attend regular staff meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  13. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
  14. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care.
  15. Act as a role model for other healthcare professionals, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Cardiac Setting.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Competency In Cardiac Care And Treatment Protocols.
