
Call Center Representative
At BJC HealthCare, we are searching for an experienced and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have superb customer service skills and excellent communication abilities. They will be a self-starter, able to work independently as well as part of a team. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have prior experience in a call center environment, a working knowledge of customer service principles, and a strong aptitude for problem solving. They must also demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, an ability to build rapport with customers, and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and ensure all data is updated in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain a good rapport with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Identify and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate team.
- Monitor customer interactions and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to call center policies and procedures.
