  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for BJC HealthCare to drive growth and expand the organization's reach.
  2. Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends and identify potential areas for growth and development.
  3. Conduct research and gather data to support business development initiatives and decision-making.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners and clients, to promote BJC HealthCare's services and offerings.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans and tactics for business development.
  6. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively pitch and present BJC HealthCare's services and value proposition to potential clients and partners.
  7. Monitor and track progress and results of business development efforts, providing regular updates and reports to management.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
  9. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  10. Represent BJC HealthCare at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the organization and build relationships.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing BJC HealthCare in a positive and ethical manner.
  12. Continuously assess and improve business development processes and strategies to drive continuous growth and success for the organization.
  13. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative strategies and initiatives to differentiate BJC HealthCare in the market.
  14. Uphold BJC HealthCare's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of the role and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Market Analysis And Competitive Intelligence.
