Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to improve business processes, customer service, and organizational effectiveness.
2. Perform complex analyses to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations.

8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
9. Provide training and guidance for staff on business practices and processes.
10. Lead and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance.
